Privacy Policy

Effective September 17, 2026.

This policy covers itsloaded.com and the It’s Loaded Facebook app. It says what information we collect, why, who else handles it, and how to ask us to change or delete it.

Who we are

It’s Loaded, LLC operates the It’s Loaded Food Truck in Tennessee. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean It’s Loaded, LLC.

Information you give us through the inquiry form

When you send an inquiry about catering or an event, we collect what you type into the form:

• your name, email address and, if you give it, your phone number
• details of the event: the date, the location, the timing, a rough guest count, and the type of event
• any extra details you choose to add, such as the name of a festival, how many of your guests are children, or anything you write in the notes box

We also record which page of our website the inquiry was sent from.

We use that information for one thing, which is answering your inquiry and, if you book us, arranging your event. It is emailed to us, and a private copy is also saved in the password-protected back end of our website, where only we can see it. That copy is never shown on the site itself. It exists so an inquiry is not lost if an email goes astray. Sending an inquiry does not add you to our email list, and we do not sell your details or share them with anyone, other than the services listed below that run this website for us.

Our email list

If you join our email list, we collect:

• your email address
• your first name, if you give it
• the month of your birthday, if you give it. We never ask for the year.

We use them to send you the truck’s weekly schedule, no more than one email a week, and to give you a buy one, get one code and a birthday offer. Each signup is saved in the password-protected back end of our website, where only we can see it, and sent to MailerLite, the service that sends our emails. Your code is kept with your details so that our staff can check it at the truck window. When you use it, they see your name and email address so they can confirm the code is yours.

You can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of every email.

Pyro Pies. Our signup form has a box, unticked unless you tick it, to also join the email list of our sister food truck, Pyro Pies. If you tick it, we pass your name, email address and birthday month to Pyro Pies for their list, and nothing else. Their own privacy policy covers what they do with it from then on. It works the same way in reverse: if you sign up on pyropies.com and tick the box for It’s Loaded, Pyro Pies passes those details to us, and this policy covers them.

Information collected automatically

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they look at. It uses cookies and collects information such as the pages you visit, how you arrived at the site, your approximate location based on your IP address, and the type of device and browser you use. We use this in summary form to improve the site. Google’s handling of this information is described in Google’s privacy policy, and you can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Google Fonts. Some of the lettering on this site is loaded from Google’s font service. When your browser fetches those fonts, Google receives your IP address, as with any request to a web server.

Server logs. Like almost every website, our hosting provider keeps standard logs of requests to the site, including IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running.

We do not use a Facebook or Meta tracking pixel on this website.

Online ordering

Pre-orders from the truck are placed through EasyEats, a separate company. When you order, you are on their website, and the information you give them, including payment details, is collected and handled by EasyEats under their own privacy policy. We receive the details of your order so that we can prepare it.

Our Facebook page and the It’s Loaded app

We use a Facebook app called It’s Loaded to publish posts about our schedule and events to our own Facebook page, and to promote those posts. The app acts only on our own business page and advertising account.

The app does not collect, read or store personal information about visitors to this website or about people on Facebook. It does not use Facebook Login and does not ask anyone for permission to access their account.

If you interact with our Facebook page, for example by liking or commenting on a post, that happens on Facebook and is covered by Meta’s privacy policy. Links from this website to our Facebook page are ordinary links, not embedded Facebook content.

Who else handles your information

We do not sell your information. We share it with another business for its own marketing only when you ask us to, by ticking the Pyro Pies box described above. The following services handle information on our behalf so that the website works:

• Hostinger, which hosts the website and its database
• Google, for Google Analytics, Google Fonts, and the email service that delivers inquiry notifications
• EasyEats, for online ordering, as described above
• MailerLite, which stores our email list and sends our emails

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as they are useful for arranging and following up on an event, and we delete them when you ask us to. If you unsubscribe from our email list, we stop emailing you, but your signup stays in our records, including whether you have used your code, until you ask us to delete it. Google Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting in our Google Analytics account.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email nicholas@itsloaded.com and we will respond. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and use the opt-out add-on above to stop Google Analytics.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the effective date at the top.
