The Menu

Everything is built when you order it. The pulled pork and chicken are slow-roasted in the truck with our house spice blend, the four-cheese sauce is made from scratch, and the potato goes under it straight out of the oven.

Every item below comes as a Loaded Baked Potato or a Loaded Pasta Bowl. You choose.

Loaded Baked Potatoes

Each fluffy baked potato comes with your choice of our signature house-made 4-cheese sauce or 2-cheese shredded blend. Finished with shredded cheese, sour cream, and fresh green onions.

Loaded Pasta Bowls

Each cavatappi bowl comes smothered in our signature house-made 4-cheese sauce. Finished with shredded cheese and fresh green onions.

Limited Time Specials

  • Italian Beef$13.50Slow-roasted beef sliced thin and held in the jus, hot or mild giardiniera. Hoagie roll dry, wet, or dipped, or on a loaded potato.

Loaded Ice Cream Sandwiches

Ordering

Most public stops take pre-orders, so you can collect rather than queue. Click the stop you want on the schedule and it opens the ordering page for that date.

Dietary questions are answered on the truck questions page. If someone in your group has a serious allergy, call us rather than emailing, because the honest answer depends on which allergy and which dish.
